As you approach the Priority Selection Event at Harmony Township, we anticipate you’ll have many questions. We’ve provided answers to some basic questions on this page. If there is other information we can provide, please contact us at 1-800-540-2144.
WHERE IS THE PROPERTY LOCATED?
Our physical address is 1478 Pickerel Road, Georgetown, South Carolina just off U. S. Highway 17. Small white & black directional signs will be posted along Highway 17 north and south with arrows to guide you to our property. In the event you cannot find us, please call our sales office at 1-800-540-2144 and we’ll gladly help you.
WHERE SHOULD I GO ONCE I’M ON THE PROPERTY?
Once you’ve entered the property, please proceed to the Valet Parking, which will be located in front of our Sales Center about 2 miles in from the entrance. An attendant will park your car for you. You may either walk to our Priority Selection Event tent or ask one of the attendants to escort you there in one of our mobile transports.
AM I ALLOWED TO RIDE AROUND HARMONY TOWNSHIP IN MY OWN VEHICLE?
This is your weekend to have fun with us. We want you to experience as much of the splendor as you can absorb. Please feel free to tour as you please, but we ask that you drive slowly as many of our guests will be touring on foot.
WHERE DO I CHECK IN?
Immediately upon entering our Priority Selection Event tent, you should see our Registration table. One of our associates will register you at that point and will contact your sales agent to let them know you have arrived on the property. If you need additional information about the event, our Concierge tent will be located just outside the entrance. The attendant will gladly answer all of your questions.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE EARLIER OR LATER THAN MY SCHEDULED TOUR TIME?
Our registration staff will have a list of all guests and their tour times. In the event you are running behind your schedule or arrive earlier than expected, one of our associates will be waiting on you and will direct you on how we plan to take care of you.
WILL THERE BE CHILD CARE AVAILABLE?
We have a designated area for children and will have someone on site to make sure they are taken care of while you are on your tour. Of course, if you would prefer to take your children while on your sales tour, they will be welcomed.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE?
Complementary snack food, bottled water, candy and fresh fruit will be available near the entrance. Please help yourself to whatever you would like. Breakfast and lunch will both be served in rear of the Priority Selection Event tent beginning at 7:30 a.m. and Noon respectively.
WHAT IF I NEED EMERGENCY SERVICES?
EMS services will be on hand and parked near the Valet Parking area. If you need assistance, simply locate a Harmony associate and they will respond to your need. All of our volunteers and associates will be wearing Polo style shirts bearing the Harmony Township logo.
WHAT OTHER ACTIVITIES WILL BE TAKING PLACE?
For your enjoyment, we’ve arranged helicopter tours, bike rides, and boat tours along the Sampit River and Turkey Creek. Your Concierge will direct you to any of these activities. Also, look for black and gold signs directing you.

WILL FINANCING BE AVAILABLE TO ME?
There are many different loan programs available for the purchase of your home or homesite. Representatives from financial institutions will be available to help you.
